Return Policy
No Returns. For any product defects or a problem with your order, please email us within 3Days of shipment receipt or immediately for the quickest response.
Exchanges
Eligible items for exchange must be unworn or in As-New condition and returned with receipt and return form. If the item is marked discontinued or unavailable a credit will be processed. Domestic customers must ship the item back to PURE CA/Li for the exchange with the cost of shipping at customer expense. International customers must bear the cost for shipping the item back to PURE CA/Li for the exchange, as well as for shipping the exchanged item back to their home country. No exchanges or refunds will be processed for items purchased at discount. All processed orders shipped before the start of any sale, may not be exchanged for items at their discounted price. Please take time to order products that are right for you.
Any product shipped back to PURE CA/Li as an RTS (Return To Sender) for failure to deliver/receive/collect from the carrier or facility, will be subject to a $15 RTS Fee to cover reshipment costs. All customers should receive tracking details upon shipping. Packages that fail to be delivered/collected/or received are sent back to PURE CA/Li at the company's expense. The customer will be notified of the return by a PURE CA/Li service representative, delivery address will be properly confirmed, and the Return To Sender Fee must be made payable through the original payment method.
Delivery
Please allow up to 1-3 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 2-10 business days for shipping, most items ship in 3-4 days. Allow up to two weeks for your order to arrive.
All orders are shipped via one of the top three biggest shipping carriers in the US. Rates are calculated through their respective calculators. International orders are shipped using the most reliable method.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an order confirmation via email as soon as your order is placed. Once an order has shipped, a shipment confirmation with tracking information will be emailed to you.
Sales Taxes
If your shipping address is located in California, purchases made are taxable. Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes.
Import Duties and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs taxes & duties are not included in your shipping fee. PURE CA/Li is not responsible for these duties and taxes applied to your package. In the event of issues which may arise from customs clearance, the customer is financially responsible for any customs clearance fees. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may prevent timely delivery of some packages.
If you refuse a shipment from PURE CA/Li, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to PURE CA/Li. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
For orders shipped within the US or Canada, all sales taxes will be refunded. For orders shipped outside the US and Canada, PURE CA/Li will not refund customs duties and sales taxes, they are non-refundable. Please contact your local customs bureau directly for reimbursement of these fees. Refunds usually take up to 10 business days to process.
Product Information
PURE CA/Li cannot guarantee the availability of products, availability may not be accurately reflected on the Site and therefore may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.
Colors
Color reproduction on the internet is not always accurate due to variations in computer monitors and browsers. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online product colors will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see is an identical portrayal of the color of the actual product. However, we work hard to make sure our online samples are as close to the exact product as possible.
